World Folkfest is preparing for its most immersive festival to date in 2026.

2026 guests can expect to step deeper into the cultures this summer with additions like the Parade of Nations event at the University Mall in Orem; intermission meet-and-greets, interactive culture displays, hands-on kids activities, demonstrations, and global cuisine.

For 38 years, World Folkfest has been committed to offering Utah families an affordable and culturally diverse experience. The festival features genuine music and dance performances from various countries around the world. It aims to promote diversity by facilitating cultural exchange and education through the arts. Additionally, World Folkfest seeks to preserve and honor the global history and folklore heritage that might otherwise be lost or forgotten.

 

World Folkfest 2026 is back in full swing with four nights of performances, a free community street dance, and a parade of nations at the University Mall in Orem. This year, the festival will feature a robust lineup of countries and international dancers traveling from around the world to Springville, Utah, this July. There will also be an array of cultural food truck cuisine, giveaways, incredible pre-shows, and the new addition of a photo-op booth and free kids activities.
