Become A 2026 Vendor

4 Night event July 31st, August 1st, August 2nd, and August 3rd

Set up on Tuesday, July 30th @4pm or Wednesday, July 31st @noon

Ready to go at 4:45pm Wednesday July 31st

We hope that you will want to participate in all four nights; we will give preference to vendors participating all nights.

We open the gates to the public 45 minutes prior to the pre-shows to encourage the public to visit the vendors!

Food truck vendors will set up on south side of the entrance.

There is an electrical hook up available for each food truck and booth

Craft Booths will be set up on north side of the festival entrance.

Vehicles are allowed inside the Arts

Park in the Vendor area but MUST be out by 5:00pm. There will be no exceptions! You will be expected to teardown your booth at the end of the event on Saturday night. Please clean up all trash around your area.

Arts and Craft Vendor 10’ x 10’ Space $225.00

-Nonrefundable unless the festival is canceled.

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

All vendors must get a temporary vending license. Food vendors need to get a temporary food establishment permit from the Utah County Health Department. All food vendors must have food handlers permit.

There have been some concerns expressed regarding the selling of imported items or items not made by the crafter themselves. We are asking for exhibitors that are selling HAND CRAFTED ITEMS. For example, if the “manufactured” towel has a significant amount of embroidery added to it, that would be considered handcrafted. However only a button is attached to it, is not considered handcrafted.

Please be considerate of crafters that take the time making these handcrafted items.
